Sketch comedy is not an easy job. But for some comedians, what they try to create with their content is art. Some comedians act so well that you can’t help but watch them over and over again. And that’s exactly the case with the man of the hour, Tim Robinson!

Tim Robinson’s show, I Think You Should Go, puts you in the most embarrassing yet hilarious situations and makes you think about the value of weird comedy. Each episode has a different storyline starring Tim. But unfortunately it is often he who sows chaos around him. The first season had episodes with absurd adult content, but with a great flow of jokes! Let’s go through the first season and discuss some details of the second season.

Season 1 Episodes:

Has this ever happened to you?

There are several scenarios in this episode. In the first scenario, Tim leaves the interview, but when he opens the door, he thinks it’s a push and pull, when really it’s just a shove. But thinking it’s also a train system, the leader breaks down the door by deliberately opening it in the wrong direction. There is another scenario where there is a competition to evaluate the kids.

Another scenario is when a birthday is celebrated and Tim gets a gift, but the person doesn’t like it. In this case, he claims to like the gift, so Tim asks for a check in case the person decides to return the gift. Steven Yeun makes his appearance in this episode.

Thanks for thinking they were cool

The title of the episode is based on a scenario inspired by a t-shirt with a button. The handle makes it easy to remove the shirt if it gets stuck in our navy. TC Tuggers lead the way.

There’s also a pillow joke where Tim sits down on a pillow but doesn’t think it’s a joke. And the final scene is when a plane passenger gets creepy and tells us he knows a child from the past who cries on the plane during the trip. And now the passenger has come to avenge himself by doing the same.

The cigars you smoke cause cancer

In this episode, Tim holds a meeting where the employees discuss car design and what features a modern car should have. But suddenly someone shows up and sabotages the meeting by making inappropriate suggestions to the team.

Another scenario is that of the organist replacing a musician at a funeral. Unfortunately, he is not a professional and makes strange automatic noises with his instruments and bangs cymbals, causing chaos at the funeral.

Oh, man, a lot of other bad things just happened…

In this episode, a service dog from the future gets very friendly and tries to save Christmas in the present.

There’s also the scenario where Tim puts an inappropriate sticker on his car that says: Honk if you’re excited. One of the boys in the street starts honking his horn regularly and follows Tim through town. He only stops when Tim gives him some pornographic magazines that he keeps in the trunk of his car.

I’m wearing one of his belts right now

In another scenario, Tim crashes his car at a clothing auction, and turns into a hot dog. To get some distance from the whole scenario, he discreetly tries to grab some stuff and run away with it while the cops chase him.

We saw this at my old workplace

In this episode, there is a game show mascot that causes a lot of confusion. Fun fact about this show: one of the guest stars on this episode is none other than Andy Samberg.

Then there’s a scene where people are having a baby shower, but Tim decides to sell faulty props from a movie that wasn’t a hit. In the end, it’s a strange scenario for all the guests.

And the best scenario of all is when friends at work suggest watching funny videos during the break. But Tim doesn’t know any of the videos. So he made a dubbed version of this compilation, which he called Bozo Sync Videos, and showed it to his colleagues the next day.

Season 2 ofcomes out this week!

Reminder: These are just some of the scenarios discussed that took place in the first season. Tim Robinson can be hilarious by creating content that has nothing to do with the general conversation. Anyway, the jokes have some kind of flow. And then, at one point, the episode becomes meaningful when Tim starts making up fictional stories on the spot.

The best part is that the series returns next week with a second season. You heard me right! Tim Robinson returns with even more unconventional humor that takes people on a strange but extremely funny journey. The second season was supposed to be released much earlier, but unfortunately had to be postponed due to the ongoing pandemic.

While it has not yet been confirmed that there will be a third season of the series, Tim has hinted at it. Most critics say they enjoy the sketch comedy and want to see it for a few more seasons. Looks like we have another great host. This show never ceases to amaze us. If you haven’t seen it yet, do yourself a favor and watch the first season!
